Our wood is hand selected and cut to size ensuring there is no blemishes or bows in the wood. Then I run it through a clamping process with high quality waterproof wood glue to ensure an everlasting bond. Through a 24 hour process of drying I hand cut each individual piece to size and shape. At this point to make sure the visible areas where you view is completely flat and smooth by a process of planing, sand it to a smooth finish. Then once my kids are asleep I do the quiet work. The fun resin art bringing the piece to life. Once after another 24 hours of curing is when I wood burn the images on the wood and adding a Spar Varnish finish on each piece. Once the pieces are dry I use a hand router and route the back for we can install the clock mechanism and Walnut clock hands on each piece. To complete it all custom modified wall hangers are installed in all my piece for you to enjoy right out of the box. Once in a while I create specialty pieces that will be available for purchase only through this site.
